ContactUS Announces New President Trevor Friesen
Columbus, Ohio – Aug. 12, 2013 – ContactUS Communications, a leader in business process outsourcing, specializing in analytics and managed services, announced the appointment of Trevor Friesen as its president effective July 29, 2013. Mr. Friesen brings more than 20 years of contact center experience to his new role having previously served as the general manager for Sitel’s Philippines, Australia and New Zealand market, overseeing 15,000 business process outsourcing employees, as well as the regional corporate administration.
